These Terms govern your use of Hotaglow (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
The App is licensed under the standard terms of the respective app store. You are granted a non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Purchases
PRO features are a one-time purchase of ¥500 (in-app purchase). There is no subscription or auto-renewal. Purchases and refunds are handled through the App Store / Google Play, and each store's terms and policies apply.
Important: use in emergencies
The App is a supplementary means of signaling and communication and is NOT a replacement for official emergency calls or rescue services (911 / 119 / 112, etc.). Whenever possible, always use official emergency channels first. Operation depends on radio/sound/light range, device capability, battery level, and other conditions, and results are not guaranteed.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is." No warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, are made.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
Offline operation
The App runs fully offline and requires no network connection to use.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be revised without notice. Using the App after revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
